Happy Birthday Jameal!

Yesterday was my brother's 29th birthday! Wooohoooo! All of my love to you, brother. May this year be the best one yet...

And yesterday was special for another reason: we finally received the keys to our brand new physical therapy and personal training facility. What an amazing feeling! Our own gym, our own rehab department, nutrition, massage, all sides covered. It's so nice to have a contribution like this to give to society. And how lucky my wife and I feel for having this opportunity.

You see, Karen, my wife, is a genius when it comes to marketing, graphic design, advertising, and public relations. I know what you're thinking...all those things? Yep! (ok, so I'm a bit biased, but she's an incredibly talented woman to say the least!) And people just love her... makes starting a business much easier when you've got a partner like her!

We have been buuuuusssssyyyy!
